Welcome all to the twenty-fourth Rotanote of the Rotary 2018-19 year. Our last meeting was the Welcome Home BBQ at St Andrews Village, Glendowie on Monday, 21 January, the first in the New Year.
The next meeting, the second for 2019, is back at Five Knots on Tamaki Drive on 11 February, 5.30 for 6.00 pm. Our speaker is Mike Bishop. Mike has worked professionally in the sports administration industry in New Zealand for 25 years and specifically in the rugby industry for 20 years. He was the first person in New Zealand to work in professional sports administration at an elite, professional level in both cricket and rugby where he was a highly successful CEO of two provincial rugby unions over 18 years.
