Welcome all to the fourteenth Rotanote for the Rotary 2019-20 year. Our speaker this week was Auckland mayoral candidate John Tamihere telling us how he would fix the mess that is Auckland City. It was also the occasion for the club’s annual general meeting. More in the bulletin.
Our speaker next week is Rod Smith who wrote “Guinness Down Under”, the story of how the world famous Guinness brew and various branches of his wife’s family arrived in Australia and New Zealand in the mid-1880s.
