Welcome all to the thirty-eighth Rotanote for the Rotary 2021-22 year. Unfortunately our speakers from the Tamaki Regeneration Project were a no-show again so our own Paul Sargison stepped up to the plate and gave us a rundown on his 1982 visit to Soviet era Russia and Kiev in Ukraine. Paul confirmed that all the stories we heard in those days were true – more in the bulletin.
