Welcome all to the thirty-fourth Rotanote of the Rotary 2018-19 year. Our speakers this week were club members Gary Langford, Graeme Emerson and Dennis Millard who brought us up to date on what they are planning for next year’s district conference which will be held on the University of Auckland’s Grafton campus. More in the bulletin.
Due to a number of factors we have a short break from meetings at Five Knots until we return there on Monday, 6 May when our speaker will be Perzann Mehta. The topic – Venture Capital – assisting New Zealand innovators with breaking technologies to get funding in order to grow their businesses.
In the meantime we have the annual debate with the St Johns club which is at 6.00 pm, Thursday, 2 May at the Remuera Golf Club.
